ESTRO 2026 in Stockholm: Connecting Ideas, Innovation, and Partnerships in Radiotherapy

ESTRO 2026 in Stockholm brought together the global radiotherapy community for several days of innovation, knowledge exchange, and collaboration. For the gKteso team, the congress provided an opportunity to explore emerging technologies, discuss clinical challenges, and strengthen relationships with partners across the industry.

One of the highlights was Stefan Ueltzhoeffer’s contribution to a symposium on modern approaches in breast radiotherapy, where experts discussed evolving treatment concepts and future directions in patient care. Another exciting milestone was the official unveiling of MammoKnife™, an innovative project developed by our partner EHMET Health, demonstrating how collaboration can transform ideas into tangible solutions.

Beyond the presentations and product launches, ESTRO once again reinforced the value of personal interaction. Conversations between clinicians, engineers, researchers, and industry leaders continue to drive progress in oncology and radiotherapy.

We would like to thank everyone we met, exchanged ideas with, and collaborated alongside during the congress. Events like ESTRO remind us that meaningful innovation is built not only through technology, but through strong partnerships and shared expertise.

We look forward to following the next chapter of MammoKnife™ and the innovations that will emerge from these conversations.
